We are committed to providing you with timely information. Please westjet.com/cabincrew for the latest updates on bargaining.
To offer your clients greater flexibility and confidence in their upcoming travel plans, we have proactively initiated our flexible change/cancel policy. This will allow them to make the travel decisions that best meet their needs. Below, we’ve included details on how to support your clients’ bookings.
IMPORTANT: This information is subject to change at any time. We recommend you check back often.
How to support your clients’ bookings
Please reference the chart below for the steps that must be followed when processing a change or cancellation. The chart also includes guidance on when a ticket must be rebooked to waive the fee and/or difference in fare. Detailed instructions can be found following the chart.

- 3250–3899: WestJet Encore operated flights
- 4480–4499: WestJet Encore extra section flights
- 4500–8849: Codeshare flights
