ADM fee schedule

Value and fees

Administrative fees, as outlined below, will be applied to Agency Debit Memos (ADMs) in addition to the value related to the violation reason. All fees will be converted to local international currency using the exchange rate at time of issuance. All applicable taxes will also be added to ADM fees.

Fare, policy, fee, or other violations ADM values related to the violation will be calculated as follows:

 

-Fare difference based on the next available fare level that qualifies for the attributes booked at the time of ticketing, up to and including the highest fare class for the ticketed itinerary and/or cabin.
-Value of fees or surcharges that were under-collected.
-Any refunded value that was not permitted, including miscalculation of refund.
-Commission values that are overclaimed or not returned when required.
-Merchant fee, incorrect form of payment used and/or form of payment chargebacks.
-Values reflecting spoilage of inventory.

Additional charges and fees

Late payment charges and inaccurate dispute fees may be applicable as required by WestJet.

Multiple violations

If multiple violations are found within a single ticket, all violations will be raised, and one administrative fee will be charged. The administrative fee assessed will be based on the highest applicable fee for the violations raised.

Minimum value

ADMs will not be issued for violations less than $10, except in cases when multiple occurrences by the same Agency (IATA agent code) occur. In which case WestJet may raise an ADM for the accumulated violations to meet the minimum value and append one
