Geographical reaccommodations
If your client’s destination is impacted by a travel advisory, schedule change, IROP, etc. and you are unable to find a reaccommodation option within geographically close parameters (320 kilometres), please call the Travel Support Team at 1-877-664-3205 for assistance.
For example: A guest was meant to depart from YXE but was subject to a travel advisory. There are no departure options for YXE or YQR, which are both within geographically close parameters. The guest is willing to drive to YEG as there are available flight options. Although YEG is 481 kilometres from their original departure destination, it is the best reaccommodation option available.
