WestJet and Tim Hortons recently announced a new partnership that unites two iconic Canadian brands in their mission to enhance the travel and coffee drinking experience in the sky.

Starting on November 30, 2026, WestJet will proudly serve Tim Hortons Flight Roast, an expertly crafted blend developed by the in-house coffee experts at Tim Hortons. Flight Roast builds off Canadians’ love for their favourite Tims coffee, but is roasted and brewed specifically to be enjoyed at 35,000 feet. Flight Roast is a 100 per cent Premium Arabica blend of carefully selected origins, roasted to a full medium for a smooth, rich, balanced cup with hints of toasted nuts, cocoa and red fruit. Tim Hortons coffee and tea will be served on WestJet flights that currently offer in-flight refreshments.

To make this partnership even more brew-tiful, in 2027, Tims Rewards^™ and WestJet Rewards members who link their accounts will be able to earn WestJet points on all eligible Tim Hortons purchases.

To better support you and your clients, we recently combined schedule changes and IROPs into one simplified policy. This new page gives you a single resource to reference when your clients’ travel is impacted.

As of September 16, there is one unique waiver code for all schedule change scenarios and one unique waiver code for IROP scenarios.

We will accept both new and previous waiver codes until October 31. During this transition period, the use of any waiver codes outside of the following list will be subject to an ADM:

• Schedule change exchange waiver codes: SKCHG (new), SKED CHNG, SKDCHG
  • Schedule change refund waiver codes: SKCHG (new), Q21SKDRF22
  • IROP exchange waiver codes: INVOL (new), FD72HRINVOL
  • IROP refund waiver codes: INVOL (new), 21FD72RF22

Starting November 1, only the new schedule change waiver code (SKCHG) and IROP waiver code (INVOL) will be accepted. The use of any incorrect waivers, including our previous codes, will be subject to a refund of non-refundable fare ADM.
