Meet our refreshed advisor hub
We’re so excited about the redesign of our travel agent resource site. Now known as our advisor hub, the refreshed site offers a more intuitive experience and improved navigation, making it easier to find the policies, resources and tools you need. To help you make the most of the refreshed advisor hub, we created a detailed training guide with step-by-step instructions and videos covering the essentials.

Reminder: Updates to gate-closure and domestic check-in closure times
To support more consistent, on-time departures and a smoother airport experience for our guests, we updated our gate-closure timing and domestic check-in cut off times.
- Effective March 31, gate-closure timing on the 737 and Q400 fleets moved from 10 minutes to 15 minutes before departure.
- Effective April 28, domestic check-in and checked baggage cut-off times moved from 45 minutes to 60 minutes before departure. Please note: There is no change to the international check-in close time.
