Bilateral interline partnership with Copa Airlines
Our bilateral interline partnership with Copa Airlines connects guests to an extensive network across Central and South America. This collaboration strengthens our international connectivity and unlocks even more travel options, with convenient connections via Cancun (CUN), Mexico City (MEX), and Guadalajara (GDL), providing access through Panama City when our direct seasonal flights are not operating.
In return, Copa guests travelling north benefit from seamless access to WestJet’s broad North American network, creating greater flexibility and more possibilities for journeys in both directions.

- All sales will be available via travel advisors and GDS platforms.
- Guests will have the ability to combine the WestJet network with the Copa network on a single itinerary.

- Book our new Calgary (YYC) – Panama City (PTY) with 4 times weekly service on Monday Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, starting December 13, 2025.
- This connection opens access to 37 Copa-operated destinations across Brazil, Colombia and beyond.
